Because all of our products are made-to-order, every item is printed specifically for you after your purchase. This method helps us reduce waste and protect the outdoors we love.

Processing Time (Production)

All Hike Tee products are made to order.

• Production time: 1–3 business days
• During peak seasons (holidays, Q4, major sales): may take 3–5 business days

Once your item is printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped immediately.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

United States

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after production
• Total estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days

International Orders

• Estimated delivery: 3–11 business days depending on destination
• Customs processing times may vary by country. Depending on the location of our supplier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to join our email list to stay updated.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship primarily within the United States.
Select international destinations are available after choosing the Country/Currency in main menu or footer.

Delays & Peak Seasons

Because we use a made-to-order model, production times may increase during:

• Holiday seasons (especially November–December)
• Major promotional events
• Unexpected carrier delays

We always do our best to keep things moving quickly and will communicate if significant delays occur.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

• You may be responsible for re-shipping fees
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@hiketee.com. If the order has not entered production, we may be able to correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation
• Include photos (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
