What Really Drives Us

Make memories, not just miles.

Hike Tee started with a tired guy who found that a walk outside — and a weekend in the mountains with someone close — fixed more than any week off. The outdoors was never about distance or gear for us. It's about the people you go with and how much you laugh out there.

That's why we make tees that bring you straight back to those moments. And through HIGH 5 with Nature, 5% of our proceeds go to protecting parks, public lands and outdoor spaces — so every sale you share gives back to the trails we all love.

Do I get free gear?

Yes! As an invited creator you get a free Hike Tee of your choice once you're approved. Wear it, take it on the trail, and show your followers. Hitting monthly milestones unlocks Hike Tee gift cards — spend them on hoodies, blankets, or gifts for your family.

Who can join?

Right now the program is open to creators in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Germany. We review every application personally and look for people who genuinely love the outdoors and post regularly.

Do I get help creating posts?

Yes! Once you're approved you get a starter pack of graphics, mockups and product photos you can post right away. Need something specific? Just ask. And we'll share your best posts on our own Instagram.

When and how do I get paid?

Your commissions are tracked automatically in your UpPromote dashboard. Once a sale is approved, we pay out monthly via PayPal.

How do the Trail Rewards work?

Every month you can unlock new Trail Ranks based on how many sales you refer that month:

🌿 Forest Scout – 10 sales in a month: a $30 Hike Tee gift card + a feature on our Instagram
🧭 Nature Navigator – 25 sales in a month: a $75 Hike Tee gift card
🏕️ Wilderness Wayfinder – 50 sales in a month: a $150 Hike Tee gift card
🏔️ Summit Leader – 150+ sales in a month: 20% commission for that month + a $300 Hike Tee gift card

Rewards are sent by email at the start of the following month.

Do I need to label my posts?

Yes, please. Since you get free products and earn commission, mark your posts with #ad or the platform's Paid Partnership tag. It keeps things honest with your followers (and it's required by the FTC).

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Email us at support@hiketee.com — we’re always happy to help fellow hikers.

Can I promote Hike Tee on social media?

Heck yes — please do!
Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, blogs… you name it.
Just be yourself and keep it real — your followers trust your love for the outdoors (and so do we).

Can I use my own Hike Tee photos?

Absolutely — we love seeing your real adventures. Tag us @hiketee or use #HikeTeeTrailClub for a chance to be featured.
